QS Estimation And Cost Consultancy Services

Scope of Services

  • We provide quantity estimation for all types of Real estate, Infrastructure, Industrial and commercial projects for our esteemed clients in India as well as abroad.
  • We provide estimation for different stages of constructions like conceptual pre-launch, detailed pre-contract / tender estimate, post-contract/GFC estimate based on the client objectives.
  • Our Reports include quantities from Earth Work up to Lock and Key, it includes quantification for all the civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services.


A) Quantity Estimates

  1. We provide quantity estimation for all types of Infrastructure and Real estate projects, we expertise in Residential, Commercial, Industrial Projects.
  2. Our Reports include quantities from Earth Work upto Lock and Key, it includes quantification for all the services (MEP) as well.
  3. We also provide detail quantities for external development, internalroads, and drainage etc. quantification for all the services (MEP) as well.
  4. Detail Costing Report is been generated for all the projects.
  5. Material Take Off can also be provided.
  6. We work on various formats of reports, Customized Report Format if required can be provided.
  7. Report formats compatible with various ERP’s can also be provided.

B) Bar Bending Schedule

  1. We provide detailed Dia. wise Reinforcement quantities including Chair, Pins, Hooks, and Spacers.
  2. We provide Bar Bending and cutting lengths with sketches/bending dimensions for all items such as footing, columns, shear walls, beams, slabs, PT members etc.
  3. BBS can be provided in various formats, Customized/ERP compatible formats can be furnished.

  1. Preparation of Bills of quantities based upon drawings for tendering/Budgetary purposes.
  2. Cost report includes – Material & Labor break-up
  3. We provide Cost/Sq ft on BUA, Saleable area etc.

  1. To support the costing, we provide detail rate analysis for all the items.
  2. The Rate Analysis is calculated based on the market rates for material, labour etc.
  3. Rate Analysis is calculated differently for different cities.
  4. We also compute profits and overheads of contractor, taxes etc.

  1. To determine the Company’s requirement and develop Preliminary Cost Plan and Cash Flow Forecast.
  2. Propose alternative design and material approaches to ensure design meets budget.
  3. Participate in value improvement exercise with project team to align project cost plan with approved budget.
  4. The Cost Consultant shall incorporate and co-ordinate and integrate any value engineering suggestions approved by the company and their consultants.

  1. We prepare tender documents for issuance to shortlisted Tenderers.
